Issue with internal call on Topaz

Hi all,

I am having an issue with a Topaz system, where when you dial the extension number internally and you hear the message you call will be redirected.
The client did a few steps that I don't know and I ask them to send it to me, so I can review them.
I tried the step--> speaker--> 848---> Set 0, to disable the steps, but that didn't work.
They can receive external call which is ok


What I understood was they where trying to forward the call to a remote location.
The secretary told me they dial 2 2 d 2.
Also on the screen they see: CFW OFF-Premise.
That CFW OFF-Premise needs to be disabled.

Does anyone have an idea how to disable this?

Have you tried this?
To cancel Call Forward Off-Premise:
1. Press SPK key (or lift handset) and dial 713.
-OR Press
Call Forward (Device) key (PGM 15-07 or SC 851: 17).
2. Dial 6 + HOLD.
3. Press SPK (or hang up at SLT) to hang up.
Your DND or Call Forwarding (Device) Programmable Function Key stops flashing
