Issue with Importing CSV Files

Hi Guys,

When i try to import a prepared spreadsheet the system says:

c:/fakepath not found (Or very similar)

Anyone seem this and know a fix?

Create a folder on your C drive named "fakepath", then put your .csv files into that folder. Login to your controller, select import, browse to c:\fakepath, and select your csv file, then click ok.

This is an issue with IE 8
Try using IE6 or 7 and try again

as Supernova said, it is an IE8 issue, but there is an easy fix
go to Internet Explorer; Tools; Internet Option; Security; Custom; find the "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" (it is quite a ways down) and click on "Enable

Personnally I add the

https://IPADDRESS

of the system I'm working on in the trusted sites under the security tab, and restart IE
