Hi,
We are facing issue with IM in Solidus server7.0 sp7, as when a Supervisor is barging an Agents calls the Status in IM goes to hung state even the disconnection of the active call the status in IM remains same.
The agent need to manually logoff from the phone & login once again to receive Service Calls.
