I have a hunt group with 5 users and an analog ringer alarm setup so that if a call is waiting in the queue, the analog ringer will start ringing until an agent is available. Currently the only way for the call to be presented to a hunt group member is if they are not engaged in a call and not on DND.
My VP wants the users to be able to place their current call on hold and be presented with the call waiting in the queue, but at this time they will only be presented if they hang up with their current call. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow the hunt group member to have the call presented to them when they put their current one on hold?
