We have installed Faxmaker for Network/SMTP on a windows 2000 server and try to use it with a Multitech MT5600ZDX modem.
Sometimes, the faxes we receive are "cut", I mean that on a 3 pages fax for ex., the first one is ok, the third one too, but the second one is "cut" in the way that we have only half of the page of 2/3 of the page. The strange thing is that ther eis no disconnection and faxmaker see the transmission as a success.
Does anybody has an idea or does anybody that used Faxmaker can give me a feedback on the way it works in their environement. Thx !
