Issue with enabling DMVPN tunnel between two spoke routers

We have DMVPN network running for almost connecting 40 locations with 2 HUB routers in placed. We are finding issue with establishing tunnel between two spoke routers. These routers are connected to HUB routers and also has connection with other spoke routers instead of two locations each other. Please help to identify the issues.

which routing protocol are you using?

Can you post the tunnel configurations for one hub and one spoke?
