We have an IP office release 11.0.4.1 connected to a PRI line . The dial delay time is set at 4 seconds on system telephony tab and dial delay count of 11 .We configured each user with the shortcode of N/dial/NS034444423 on the shortcode tab of the user . Where (034444423) is the DID assigned to that particular user . We noticed that the system automatically dials as soon as the users dials first 5 digits when trying to make an outbound call before waiting for the 11 digits set on the system . We changed the short code on user to N;/dial/NS034444423 we are able to dial complete 11 digit but the call wont seize the trunk . I am confused at this point and we appreciate your inputs .
