Issue with crviewer.dll in access

I currently designed a new data base in access that has a crystal reports activeX control on it. It runs fine on my computer and for my boss. However any time anybody else goes to run it they get the following error.

"Your report viewer database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'crviewer.dll' version 11.0 "

Here is the thing though. Every person that gets this message all have crystalreports 11 installed and use it on a daily basis. They also have the same version as myself. Any ideas as to why this is happening and possibly how I can resolve it?

I've had this message come up with other missing .dll's...one of the solutions was to place the .dll in the same folder where the access database is located. You can try that...
