Issue with connecting to SQL Server with XML sample

I have set-up a connection to SQL Server with the XML start-up demo (from bol).

I have submitted the following URL:

http://localhost/Northwind?sql=SELE...e+FROM+Customers+FOR+XML+RAW;SELECT+'</ROOT>'

Error message: Page cannot be found. I did follow the instructions and set up Northwind database up in IIS.
