Hi all hope you people are doing good
Well my issue is regarding ns500
As i have 2 co lines, i set the operator dialing on 0 and co access on 9, the operator dialing is working fine but when i press 9 to take direct co line there is no tone y? AS I installed the pabx and i did the rest programming all things are working fine except of this co access
Can any one help?

If you use CO1 and CO2 set CO3 to CO 6 to OUS mode

In default configuration all CO are in Trunk group 1.
When you dial 9 ( for CO access) PBX use first trunk group seting in 3.Group/1.Trunk group/2.Local Access Priority ( in yor case its is probably TG1).
If we use analog CO lines ( and CO lines are in same Trunk group) PBX first use CO line with higher physicaly nummber ( in yor case it is probably CO6, which is empty).
All CO lines that are not used you have to put OUS
