Hello,
I am trying to get Call2Teams integrated with my SV9100. The extensions are registering correctly and I can call the Microsoft Teams Extension but as soon as the call connects the tone goes busy. After inspecting the Wire-trace I've noticed the PBX is sending a BYE and closing the call. I have enough SIP licenses (including 3rd part licenses).
RTP and Registration ports are all forwarded. I can even verify this since I've registered numerous 3rd Party SIP phones (ST500, etc) outside the organization and have no issues.
Any ideas? Has anyone integrated Call2Teams with their PBX?
