I have created a PDF / FDF files using Adobe 6.0 Professional. This is a basically a FORM with many text boxes to input text.
This PDF upon clicking a button will send out an email to the email address supplied with the FDF data of the PDF file.
The recipient upon receiving the mail with the FDF attachment will click the attachment and it opens up the browser with the form loaded from the web server and fill the values in the form fields from the FDF (mail attachment).
The above is working fine as long as the receiver is using Reader 5.x or 6.x. But when the receiver has version 7.x of the reader it simply does not open the PDF from the web server in the browser nor give any kind of error message.
Can some one through some light on how we should proceed.
