Hi,
We have an issue with a 6921 handset and a cordless analogue handset connected to an ATA187.
The user answers the 6921 handset fine, he then picks up the cordless handset and goes to store area and tries to continue call. However when he presses the green button to talk to caller he hears dial tone.
Previously on the old PBX he was able to do this and he is getting very frustrated.
Could anyone be so kind to advise what I need to change on the configuration, thanks. (Sorry I am Nortel engineer now working on Call Managers)
