Issue with 5420 not upgrading.

i have just upgraded an IP 500 from 4.2 to 7.0, and also the DS 30 module.
when the system rebooted all handsets came back up fine apart from the 1 x 5420 they have on site.
i added the source code ALLOW_5410_UPGRADE and also checked in my working directory that the 5420 R6 file is there which it is and finally the Turn_on File set to the address of the system.
Still Nothing all it says on the screen is please wait.

Anyone have any suggestions
