I am currently unable to download large files from OWA. From IE, I get the message, 'Internet Explorer was not able to open the Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again.' I have tried using Mozilla and Netscape and have similar issues. The files I am having issues with are 200MB+. Anything smaller works just fine.

Does anyone know any limitations that I may be hitting? I'd like to narrow down whether this is being caused by OWA, IIS, or if it is something with virus scanning.

Could be a timeout issue?

Because downloading a file isn't seen as activity so extend the timout period on the Virtual Server (or IIS) whichever is appropriate.

I get that message within 30 seconds.

Any chance that it could be something configurable with the OWA 2003 Administration tool?
