Issue when Adding a DSS/BLF or other Key to a handset

Hi All,

I am having an issues whereby you try to add a key such as a BLF key to a handset and the system comes back with:

"The following error was encountered. There is no more room for new records"

Yet if i assign a key to another phone, it is absolutely fine.

The customer is running 4.2 on an MXe. The 3300 is part of a 4 controller cluster and all extensions are resilient to another 3300. I have tried removing the resiliency but that made no difference.

Check the Remote Busy Lamp form for the extension you are trying to add.

Unless you have MCD 5.0, the max appearances for any one extension in a cluster is 16.

In this case it is 2 phones on the same controller. My customer only works on the 1 controller, nature of her job etc, and she gets this issue intermittently.

Do you think this would relate to a remote busy lamp issue?
