Issue since upgrading to Office 2000 SP3

Since upgrading to Office 2000 SP3, one of my users has reported that whenever another application is trying to send an email on his behalf (ie an automated email), Outlook displays a warning message to that effect. Does anyone know of a way of turning that off?
