I have an outside user who occasionally has issues sending emails to us.
he will get NDR like:
Reporting-MTA: dns; smtp17.bis.na.blackberry.com
Final-Recipient: rfc822;joecool@peanuts.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Remote-MTA: dns; [xxx.xxx.xx.xxx]
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable' (delivery attempts: 1)
BUT - no one else is having any issues sending to this user, no other errors like this are being reported.
could this possibly be an issue from the blackberry side?
I just dont see any error on our exchange 2003 server.
nothing in smtp logs, nothing in our spam software.
