issue pushing out batch file with exe that automates 2nd exe file

I created a exe with autoit which automates a program which updates a installed program.

My batch file called the autoit exe which reference the update program exe. It' just won't update the installed program.

I can run the batch file manually just fine and it updates the installe program. I can see both exes running under the system processes when I push the batch file out from sms. Any idea where the update might be hanging!? Thanks for any advice!!!
