I'm having an issue trying to register a KX-NT343 to a TDE100 system. The phone used to be registered. They must have had VPN issues or issue with TDE100 which was causing the remote IP phones to show 'Poor LAN Connection' and wouldn't work.
In any case, I rebooted the TDE100 and it seemed to have corrected the issue except one of the IP phones I did a force-de-registration on it. I have confirmed that the PBX IP Address is in the phone.
When I go into the IP Phone Registration and its showing 'Registration Executing' in the admin software, I then reboot the IP phone but still nothing happens.
I'm registering the phone to the IPCMPR IP.
The remote phone is offsite and works across the VPN. They have other IP phones at this site that are working ok.
Is there something I am missing here?
