Hi all, first off happy New Year to everyone,
I am having an issue at client, where they have a NEC 7400 and a lot of their guest rooms have have DND status on their phones and when you call the room number it gets redirected to the operators phone.
All the phones in the room are analogue.
Does any one have an idea how to shut it off, my guess is they dialed a code and the features got activated.
Is there a code we code we can dial on the analogue phone ans shut it off or do we need to do it from a NEC phone? IF so what are the steps and codes?
