Issue dialing out... Possible DTMF issue ? 1

Hello Avaya users,

I am having issues dialing out.. I am reading it is a DTMF issue but the resolution was never posted in another forum.
So if in this case it is a DTMF issue, what do i do to resolve ?
Here is my trace

It doesnt let me dial passed the digit 4 before it gives me a busy tone. it is routing through correct pattern and trunk.

Your help is much appreciated.
 
I think you need forum690 this doesn't look/sound like an IP Office :)
