Hi,

Is it possible to issue a credit note to one customer, who has returned 2 items to us, that we have placed in two different warehouses?

For example, we may get two items returned to us - one is a full unit, which can be resold, therefore it will go back into our main warehouse, and the other is a unit which has been broken up, so, it may be .80 of a full unit - because our product is perishable, we have a warehouse for dry stock, which will be destroyed, not resold.

Currently, we are issuing two credit notes for these items. We would like to know if there is any workaround for this?

Thanks in advance

Simple awnser is yes. Location is on the line item of the order, and the fields when you enter a credit memo are how many you want to credit for, and how many you want to return to stock.
I see no reason you could not do a credit for Item A return to stock in location "x" and item b with 0 return to stock against location "y". Althought if return to stock is 0, location doesn't really matter. You could also return the item to wharehouse "y" and then issue it to destroy it.
