Issiue with MySQL on ensim Pro server

Ok I know my sql work if I install via powertool different applications it works fine. I am trying to install CRE OSCommerce. I have uploaded the files but i get the following error:

A test connection made to the database was NOT successful.

The error message returned is:

Access denied for user: 'wolf@web3.basinweb.com' (Using password: YES)

I assume a setting is wrong I am using a namebased site but for database server i entered the IP used when logging on to the website I also tried wolfprecision.com

As far as user name I am using wolf. I double checked and even reset the password so thats correct and I am using the database name wolfprecision_com_-_gunstore

Any suggestions I am sure its probably something simple.

The 'name based' only concerns HTTP connections, so the IP addresses is fine. If you're sure using the correct password and the database name is correct, then you may have to talk to you hosting provider.

Are you using phpMyAdmin or are you writing your own PHP at this point? If you're writing your own PHP you may be able to get some better debugging out of your script, or else may be able to access the logs from mysql.

P.S. I'm looking for a 3 1/2 lb trigger break for my Model 19, I'll have to check back to your site when you get it working.
