ISS page issue

Hi.

Here is my cituation, I am not very familiar with HTML code or even ISS 5. I've just recently started this new job and I've
been asked to fix an issue with the office's Internet page. The web page basically promps external users in the Internet to click on
either of two hyperlinks. One that uses httpS works, the database is located on a different server. However, the link that
uses HTTP does noT, whose by te way, database resides on the same physical server.
My question is the fallowing; how could I possible setup the code, so that when external users in the Internet click on the link that uses
HTTP, which database resides on the same server. Are prompted for this INTERNAL link of that does work?

You need to publish that link to be accessible from the outside. You can't use the 192.168.168.220 address as that is a PRIVATE address and not a PUBLIC address.

You need to configure NAT on your firewall to redirect traffic for a public IP to that IP address.

Hi.
Allow me to explain, the link that isn't working, is pretty much accessible from inside our network. The firewall access rules are set up to forward trafic to our web server and https to another server.
Forgive me if I am being over simplistic...The manner is which our web server is set up is as fallow, the HTML code posted above, is hosted on our web server under the "default.aspx" file. For some reason the link on the right hand side work. The link that does not work, whose content that I am trying for our users to be able to access has already been published by someone else.
All I need to know is, how do I make this information accessible from the outside.
By the way, I've reviewed the IIS man pages twice and does not answer or even shed some light on this matter.
