ISR controllers e1 call-counters

Hello,

I have a ISR Cisco 2821.

When I enter the command "sh controllers e1 call-counters" I received the following output...
"Controller E1 0/2/0 does not support displaying this data
Controller E1 0/2/1 does not support displaying this data
"

Is this related to the IOS running on the ISR, or is this limited by hardware...Anyway I can't find much information about this..Can someone help me?
