ISPF in SDF2

Can somebody give me the link for developing ISPF screens using SDF2.

I know the basics, but I am having some problems with the static Data. For eg, I want to define a line on which something can be written, Something like Command line, which doesnt get erased if something is written on top of it.

I would be grateful for the help.
