ISP Time Outs

Wonder if anybody can point me in the right direction. An associate of ours is currently using Citrix to connect to our server in our office, but their ISP has an idle time of 15 minutes, so they're being disconnected from Citrix quite frequently. Is there a program or something that they can run to stop the time-outs happening?
