ISP hosted email

Our email is being hosted by an ISP (i.e. the MX record points to our ISP's server).

We would like to use Exchange 2003 (part of Small Business Server 2003) but we would still like our email to reside with our ISP (i.e. we want the MX record to still point to the ISP server). Is this possible to do?

I have tried setting this up but I can't send or receive email. I thought this might just be a problem with DNS but I'm not sure.

If your ISP will queue your mail, use send to smarthost and ETRN.
