I work for a small ISP, and it appears as though some of our users e-mail are being blocked by other providers. This blocking is not being caused by RBL's or domain/IP-based blocking as far as I can tell. Below is a copy of the error message our customers are receiving from other providers:

----- Original Message -----
From: "Mail Delivery Subsystem" <mailer-daemon@our.isp.net>

Any thoughts?

It's hard to say without more information. You may get more details from your mail log. Try looking in /var/log/maillog.
