Hi, I need some advice from someone who knows how ISP's works..

I got a VPN connection to Europe over the ISP connection, the thing is that I want the ISP to route me directly to Europe and not to the US and form there to Europe.

the ISP said he can only do that by my detination IP and not by my IP.

any idea if he can just configure that my IP address would go Europe?

The traffic will be routed on the destination IP address. How it reaches that destination depends on how your ISP has it's routing set up and what other ISP's it peers with. I don't think that they would change their whole routing infrasatructure just to get you a couple of hops closer to your destination.

Victory!

I made them do it, they firstly did say they will have to change the entire routing for me, but after I reminded them some SLA contract conditions, and found an open minded dude on their support team, they routed me directly to Europe,

resulting of:
past: 19 hops: 220ms
now: 16 hops: 115ms better then direct Frame relay!

don't ever give up!
