Our company is getting a fatter Internet pipe and hence a new public IP range. My question is what would be the quickest method of reassiging all of the External items in ISA 2004? I have several web/secure web/server publishing rules in ISA, a couple of site-to-site VPN's, etc.

First I assume I'd change the external IP's bound to the public NIC. But what about all of the ISA settings? Could I just manually edit a backup config XML file to reflect the new public IP's?

I'm a one-man show at my company so I have to juggle all of the data stuff with changing over POTS cross-connects and provisioning the new PRI as well. So the quicker and easier I can tackle the ISA piece the better :)
