HI all

Just done a huge 360 degree turn and changed career, I am CCNA and work for an ISP.

Can u recommand any books /sites, where I can get the necessary knowledge ( routing troubleshooting, latency, leased lines and ISDN's problems ) not too much theroy but practical stuff..... am I asking for too much ??

Pricy but in my *own* opinion well worth the money for a self-teach prcoess of learning Cisco routing etc. You need to have either your own routers(3) or access to them for it to be worth anything. Right now I'd give alot for an ISDN simulator ;-) Just what I need.. one more piece of hardware..
