IS-IT--Management
Hello,
My company is planning to deploy SharePoint to various departments within our organisation. I have searched this topic quite a bit, but haven't found much helpful info on how to isolate/segregate sites.
Currently, we have SharePoint running in our domain for RnD. I do not head up the project, per-se. However, my primary concern is that we absolutely cannot have users in seperate sites seeing information in other SharePoint sites. During a demonstration, we were adding users to a site. I noticed that when clicking on the search button, ALL users in the domain appeared. This is unacceptable.
How do we isolate these sites? I'm assuming it's in AD. That's more my specialization. Any advice or articles would be appreciated.
Thank you.
