Isolate EX2k from other Active directory schemes

I've been blessed with implementing an international mail project.

Is there a way to isolate win2k with Ex2k from existing Win2k Active directories? I want to put 'slave servers in all the major countries and have them all part of the main servers forrest, but each country has a win2k active directory scheme and I don't want to integrate them all.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
