Please describe your successful setup of connecting a IP2004 phone (from a remote office) to a BCM50. We are rolling out 12 sets in 12 different locations, and I am trying to anticipate any and all challenges/variables, etc. Any comments, advice, and experience is greatly appreciated.

Have connected one IP2004 from my home office w/ a Linksys WRV45G VPN router. Have experienced some dropped calls, and although I can access files on the main network, Outlook doesn't connect.
