ISO Date format problem in Ellipse

At Inco, one of the NA sites uses the ISO date format (yy-mm-dd). In Ellipse Explorer, any MSO screen (thru MSQMUI) that has a date on it has a messed up format. The dates look like "yy-mm-dd/" and when you use the calendar control, it reads the year as the day and day as the year! It does not matter whether you have "Retrieve back-end format" or "Do not use Windows Regional Settings" checked in the Control Panel applet. In Inco's other NA site, it uses the Military date format (dd mmm yy) and it works fine.

Has anyone else run across this problem in the past? If anyone is curious, the Inco work order is IK26. Inco is testing 5.2.1 (52ea) on an OS390.
