.iso and .tao files

I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for my posting. Please, tell me which one I should post it in.

I downloaded an .iso file which has several e-texts that supposedly can be installed to PalmOS (and viewed by the iSilo program). How do I open this file? I tried IsoBuster which extracted it as .tao file. How do you visualize what is in that file?
Please help.

It is a generic iso, bin, nrg viewer. Then mount the iso with the program and then open up MyComputer and Explore the image
