ISIS scanning error

I am trying to get a scanner (fi-5750C) to work with HummingBird Imaging 5.1. I do not have permission to add the scanner for some reason? When I scan with TWAIN I get the following error,

"Pixel Error -5008
Pixtools/View
No scale-to-gray display permissions"

I am logged in as Administrator.
