Iseries Printing Issue 1

We have an 810 at we run Mapics on we have got a new Print Server and that server is a 64 Bit Dell with Windows 2003 Storage Server on it.
ERROR BELOW:

Remote host system rejected the open attempt
Send request failed for spooled file FORMSPRINT.


Any ideas why I'm getting this? I think the Windows server has the right drivers on? The outq on the Iseries is configured correctly..

Just a dumb idea, but make sure the Win2K3 box has the proper open ports to receive the spool request. It almost sounds like it's firewalling/blocking the request, and my first thought would be to check print server-side.
