I have a client that has a 384i that he uses for multiple tenants in his building. The programming setup is fairly simplistic with everyone in a single tenant group. All user groups are seperated with ring groups only.
There are 2 DSS consoles 1 for the owner and the other for his largest tenant. The tenant uses it to direct calls from their receptionist to the appropriate extensions.
Well ... about 2 weeks ago the receptionist "hit a button" and now she no longer has calls ring in when she is on a call of any kind. If she places the current call on hold or hangs up then the phone will ring.
I have verified that DND is off, headset mode is off, I have tried codes 893 and 892, I have gone throught the flowchart for off hook signaling ... everything looks right. But then again I am a network geek thrown into the position of phone guy because no one else will do work for the guy. No programming changes have been made that I am aware of.
Any ideas or questions for more info??? I have access to this location any time to get more details I may have missed out on.
Thanks for any input,
Rodney
