I need to change the default port for SSL from 443 to 8080. I've used the Configuration and Administration form, made all the necessary configuration changes, but it still goes to 443 (I see the connection via TCPADM's monitoring function). This requirement is based on 2 web apps. 1 makes asks for " the other listens on port 8080 to serve up stored images.
Other important info:
- OS400 v4r5
- Domino WebServer (where the web page asking for " resides)
- IBM HTTP Server (where the other web app is listening on port 8080)
- both Domino WebServer and IBM HTTP Server reside on the same AS/400, which uses one NIC and one IP address.
- all required software is installed, including DCM
- DCM was also configured
- SSL requirement does NOT include client authentication
- We are the CA (local)
Any know problems with this setup?
Does HTTP NormalMode directive need to be OFF?
Is it a problem if DCM was started prior to creating and starting a HTTP server instance?
I've scanned and searched with no success IBM's various support offerings.
Any insight or assistance will be greatly appreciated!
