ISearch toolbar removal

I am running Win 2k at home with all updates current. (This is my son's PC) Somewhere along the way he has installed the ISearch toolbar and I can not get rid of it!
I found no entry in Add/Remove Programs. I hacked the registry of every entry on a "FIND" for "ISearch". Still it is there!!!
How does one get rid of this thing?!
