iSDX SYSTEM DEFINITION FOR FULL CIL

Hi All.
I am helping a TMS developer create a driver to decode the CDR format. Does anybody know what must be done to decode the output, The system is an ISDX with two nodes, softare version unknown but I have raw data collected. None of the online converters will decode the output.

Siemens have a logger.was script that turns the jibberish in to readable data,it works with Procomm,it also just gives basic info for the engieer to say 'Look its working'

All the major logger suppliers have their own versions as well.
