ISDX remote connection via dialup

Hi
It's been years since i had to connect to a ISDX but a customer of ours requires a port number for an extention.
I have the dialup number for the modem which connects when dialed from Hyperterminal but does not show the header information
is there a key sequence to press to get this info.

When I've had that in the past, it is due to the terminal settings in PuTTY (or other software) being incorrect.
Can't remember what I had it set to and all our DX's have gone.
