ISDX Micro

Hi

i have a problem with an ISDX Micro & external voicemail. The system works fine apart from on one of the extension cards whereby any extension on this card is unable to call the VM huntgroup or any of the extensions in the hunt group direct(busy tone). The extensions on the card are set as IVM users.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

hi Joe
It may be that the channels on this card are set to both or ROT sending on old software versions this could give busy when calling a voice mail system.

list with LCH and change with SDT
