I have an IPOffice 403 with ISDN30 that seems to want to reboot itself every couple of minutes or so...
BT say there is a line fault on this line but I've never seen a line fault cause such a panic on a system.
BT will have an engineer out tomorrow but I'm nervous in case that does not solve the issue for my client.
Any thoughts are welcome.
thanks

Dont you have a ISDN30 Stimulator.
Can,t sleep with out it.
Then you can test te Pri-Module or the ISDN-30 Line.

Can't sleep without a stimulator...

There must be a forum somewhere for that problem.
;-)

Scouring the trace log now suggests it might be the DS unit, I'll look at it in the morning. Thanks anyway.

Faulty ISDN can sometimes cause an IPO to reboot (especialy if framing is way off)

If BT actualy admit there is a line fault then I would believe them, they are usualy keen to condem the system if at all possible.

It may be worth wile just checking the line configuation on the IPO to check that CRC checking is enabled as this can also cause similar problems

Where can one get hold of one of those stimulators?
