This is probably a UK specific issue as using Dass2 on an SX2000 connected to Virgin PSTN lines. We have an issue where the extensions CLI isn;t showing when calling extenal numbers etc. It is all set up as I would normally with a BT service. We are being sent the last 4 digits and this matches the extension numbers. Incoming CLI is all working and Virgin are telling us that it is all set up for outgoing.

Has anyone else had any experience with Virgin, or aditional COR settings that may be required ?

Thanks

1st Up I'm stunned Virgin do DASS!
Not a Mitel person (just browsing) but maybe virgin expect the outbound to exactly right, either in format 01234567890, 44123456789, 0044123456789 and even 123456789. Each carrier seems to have there own format and you can never get the ruddy answer out of them, just trial and error usually.

If its DASS11 and you have multiple ranges and line groups on the circuit then you will have to be careful with CLI that you are presenting the correct number off the correct group or it will not work due to the rules.
