isdn30 & ars routing in China

I have been tasked with setting up an isdn30 / trunking / ars for an S8300 in China and not finding very much information.

would anyone have a setup for an Avaya system they would care the share ?

ds1
trunk group
ars
route

I have done other isdn30 setups in Europe but nothing to speak of with regards to China.

any guidance in this would be most helpful.
