ISDN Wont hang up

I am currently having problems with an ISDN TA128 not automatically hanging up after inactivity. It is currently set to hang up after 1 min of inactivity but every 15 seconds or so it receives a small amount of data. DNS is set to only internal but packets are being sent to the ip 213.1.119.100 which i beleive is a BT DNS server.

Any ideas of what could be doing this?

How about putting a packet sniffer and the network and let it sniff out DNS packets and then you can see where these packets are orginating from.

You can use network monitor, it comes with win2k server...
